Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Tri Lab does not offer Returns or Refunds of any kind on all items. Similarly for sale and clearance items, there will not be any Warranty, Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at trilabsg@hotmail.com. Please note that all exchanges will have to be held at the following address: 11 Thong Soon Avenue, Singapore 787438.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Items not purchased at trilabsg.com or at the Tri Lab physical store.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Caps or Socks due to hygiene reasons.
